How many tourists eat at your restaurant?

The tourist selects their flag and your menu is displayed in that language.
The tourist can order a meal using the touch screen and when finished will be given a print-out with a unique number and reference.
All they have to do is walk into your restaurant and present the ticket. The order is already on your system and will stay their until you wish to delete it.
The tourists may look at other restaurants, in the area, before coming back to you. Why, because you are helping them and they know they will eat what they want?
